RATE CONDITION:
A deposit of 30% of the amount of the total stay by bank transfer is required for final confirmation of your reservation.
In case of a 1 or 2 night stay, is required the total payment of the first night.
If the arrival is expected within 48 hours, it is necessary to proceed with an instant bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
» REFUNDABLE » Up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival the full amount of the deposit paid will be refunded » from 13 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival a voucher will be issued for a future stay (validity 1 year)
» From 7 days prior to the date of arrival onwards the deposit will be fully withheld.
» In case of no-show without prior notice, the deposit will be fully retained.
